摘要
目的探讨煤矿作业人员职业紧张现状和心理健康的相关性。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取新疆煤矿公司下属企业491名在职工人作为研究对象,对所有煤矿工人发放问卷进行调查,采用心理健康状况自评量表(SCL-90)对不同程度的职业紧张作业人员进行心理健康评估,采用付出-收获不平衡量表(ERI)对影响职业紧张人员产生心理健康问题的因子进行分析,共计回收有效问卷491份。结果本次调查的人群中SCL-90总均分和ERI总均分与常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。煤矿工人强迫、恐怖、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子得分高于正常人群。除婚姻情况、月收入、吸烟与职业紧张水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他因素与职业紧张水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。煤矿工人的ERI各项得分和SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子均有相关性。结论煤矿工人职业紧张程度越高,发生心理健康问题的风险越大,管理部门应适当调整作息,合理安排工作量,采取积极的心理干预措施降低煤矿工人的职业紧张程度。
Objective To explore the correlation between occupational stress and mental health of coal mine workers.Methods Using random sampling,491 active workers of Xinjiang Coal Mining Company enterprises were selected as research objects,and all coal miners were surveyed,including the symptomself assessment table-90(SCL-90)for mental health assessment of different degrees of occupational stress editers,and the use of pay-return loss scale(ERI)to analyze factors affecting the psychological barriers of occupational stress,a total of 491 effective questionnaires were recovered.Results There was significant difference between the total average score of SCL-90 and the total average score of ERI(P<0.05).The scores of compulsion,terror,hostility,paranoia and psychosis of coal miners were higher than those of normal people.There was no significant difference in marital status,monthly income,smoking and occupational stress(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in other factors and occupational stress(P<0.05).All ERI scores of coal miners were correlated with somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia and psychosis in SCL-90.Conclusion The higher the occupational stress level of coal miners,the greater the risk of mental health problems.The management department should adjust work and rest properly,arrange work load reasonably,and take positive psychological intervention measures to reduce the occupational stress level of coal miners.
