摘要
探究了一种操作简便、分析时间短、成本低的检测方法。采用甲醇提取植物油中的TBHQ,通过HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱分离,经氢火焰离子化检测器检测,并且通过外标法进行了定量。结果表明:在该检测方法下,TBHQ的线性范围为0.01-0.1mg/mL,相关系数为0.99988,检出限为4.4mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.79%,平均加标回收率为86.0%-101.5%,RSD(n=6)为2.24%-4.65%。该方法适用于植物油中抗氧化剂TBHQ含量的检测分析。
This paper explores a detection method with simple operation,short analysis time and low cost.TBHQ from vegetable oil is extracted with methanol,separated by HP—5 capillary gas chromatography column,detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector,and quantified by external standard method.Results:Under the detection method,the linear range of TBHQ is 0.01—0.1mg/mL;,the correlation coefficient is 0.99988;,the detection limit is 4.4 mg/kg;,the relative standard deviation is 2.79%;,the average spike recovery rate is 86.0%-101.5%,and the RSD(n=6)is 2.24%—4.65%.This method is suitable for the determination and analysis of antioxidant TBHQ in vegetable oil.
