摘要 本文主要针对工作场所空气中乙醇及环己酮检测方法展开分析,采用气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中乙醇和环己酮的含量。以活性炭管采集乙醇和环己酮空气样品,使用二硫化碳解吸,用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器FID检测,得到方法检出限、回收率和精密度等参数。本方法具有较好的实用性。 This article mainly analyzed the detection methods of ethanol and cyclohexanone in the air of the workplace, and used gas chromatography to simultaneously determine the content of ethanol and cyclohexanone in the air of the workplace.Air samples of ethanol and cyclohexanone were collected with an activated carbon tube, desorbed with carbon disulfide, and HP-INNOWAX capillary column was used for separation.The hydrogen flame ionization detector FID was used for determinnation to obtain the parameters such as method detection limit, recovery rate and precision.The method has good practicability.
