摘要
目的探讨气相色谱法检测食用油脂中BHA、BHT样品前处理法。方法采用柱层(B法)和乙醇提取法(A法),色谱条件:色谱柱,长2.0m内径3mm不锈钢柱,内装涂有10%QF-1(m/m)的GaschromQ(80-100目)担体。结果两种前处理方法的相对标准差小于6.3%,回收率在80%-98%之间,检出限在1.1-6.9μg之间,且有较高的相关性(P<0.05)。结论两种前处理结果相一致。
Objective To discuss the pretreatment technique for detection of BI4A and BHT from eatable lipa by using gas chromatography. Methods Condition： BHA（ butylhydroxy anisole） an BHT（dibutyl hydroxy toluene） in edible lipin were pretreated by using chromatographer column and ethanol extract and then measured by gas chromatography. Gas chrom Q （80- 100 mesh） covered by 10% QF, 1（m/m） in 2.0 × 3mm stailess steel column was used as stationary phase. Results Good correlation between the two methods was observed （P 〈 0.01） and the RSDs wer all lower than 6.3%, the recovery rate was 80% -90% and the detection limit were between 1.1 - 6.9μg. Conclusion.
