摘要
采用阳离子改性棉布、阳离子/亚铁离子改性棉布对枇杷叶色素进行吸附试验。探索了枇杷叶色素溶液在不同紫外线波长下的吸光度,以及棉织物改性、溶液pH值、吸附温度、吸附时间和连续吸附对吸收率和UPF值的影响。结果表明,枇杷叶色素溶液最大吸收波长为320nm;在溶液pH=8,吸附温度80℃,吸附时间55min条件下,阳离子/亚铁离子改性棉布对枇杷叶色素吸收率为48.92%,此时,棉布UPF值达280;连续吸附对吸收率和UPF值的影响不大。
Cationic cotton cloth and cationic/ferrous ion cotton cloth are prepared.The pigment of loquat leaf is extracted by deionized water,and the adsorption test of loquat leaf pigment onto cotton cloth is carried out.Absorbance of loquat leaf pigment solution under different UV wavelength,and the effects of cotton fabric modification,pH value of solution,adsorption temperature and time,as well as continuous adsorption on the absorbance and UPF value are explored.The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of loquat leaf pigment solution is 320nm.and under the conditions of pH=8.dyeing at 80℃ for 55 min,the color yield of loquat leaf pigment is 48.92%,UPF value 280.The continuous adsorption has little effect on the color yield and UPF value.
