案例教学法联合临床路径教学法在临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨将案例教学法(CBL)联合临床路径教学法(CPTM)应用于我院本科临床实习教学查房的效果。方法:将2017年11月至2018年11月在我院消化内镜病区实习的80名学生分为对照组和实验组,对照组的教学查房采用CBL,实验组则采用CBL联合CPTM。出科时,通过对两组实习生进行考核比较两种教学方法的教学效果,并采用问卷方式了解实习生对教学法的满意度。结果:实验组理论考试、病例分析和临床技能操作成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组实习生对教学激发学习兴趣、锻炼临床思维、规范诊疗等方面的满意度较高。结论:将CBL联合CPTM应用于教学查房,能一定程度上提高实习生自主学习的积极性和临床实践能力,提高学生的实习满意度,具有较好的临床教学效果。 To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with clinical pathway teaching method(CPTM)in the clinical apprentice teaching rounds of our college,eighty students were enrolled in the digestive endoscopy department of our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018.Students were divided into the control and the experimental group according to their grade.The control group wereteached by CBLwhile the experimental group were teached by CBL combined with CPTM.Two groupsstudents should evaluate the effects of two teaching methods after finished clinical practices,and the questionnaires were used to evaluate the students'satisfaction with the teaching method.Results indicated that the theory examin-ation,case analysis and clinical skill operation scores of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher satisfaction with the learning interest,clinical thinking,and diagnosis and treatment criteria.In sum,the application of CBL combined with CPTM in teaching rounds can improve the enthusiasm and clinical skills of students'self-learning,increase students'satisfaction with probationand has better clinical teaching effect.
