可视化思维辅助PBL+CBL双轨模式在内分泌临床教学中的实践

摘要 内分泌系统疾病种类繁多,内容抽象,交叉学科广泛,涉及疑难罕见病,教学难度大。如何提高内分泌专业的临床教学质量是值得不断探索的问题。问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)以问题为导向,案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)以案例为基础。思维导图是重要的可视化思维工具。将可视化思维辅助PBL+CBL双轨教学模式应用于内分泌住培医师教学中,可以充分调动住培医师学习积极性,做到理论与实践融会贯通,提高教学质量。 content,wide interdisciplinary scope,and involve difficult and rare diseases,making teaching difficult.How to improve the quality of clinical teaching in the field of endocrinology is a question worthy of continuous exploration.Problem based learning(PBL)is problem oriented,while case based learning(CBL)is case based.Mind maps are important visual thinking tools.Applying the visual thinking assisted PBL+CBL dual track teaching mode to the teaching of endocrine resident training physicians can fully mobilize their learning enthusiasm,achieve a comprehensive integration of theory and practice,and improve teaching quality.
