摘要
近年来,苏丹红、皮革奶、毒胶囊、地沟油与瘦肉精等危及百姓身体健康的食品安全事件频频见诸于各个媒体端,成为整个社会普遍关注的热点话题。要想从源头遏制问题,必须从食品检验源头抓起,而以现代生物检测为主导的食品检验技术经过不断创新发展,已经形成了检测精度高、检测周期短、操作便捷的独立技术体系。因此,本文将围绕现代生物检测技术的主要类型及其在食品检验中的实际应用效果展开论述。
In recent years, Sudan red, leather milk, poison capsule, gutter oil, Clenbuterol and other food safety events endangering people’s health have been frequently seen in various media terminals, becoming a hot topic of general concern in the whole society. In order to control cancer from the source, we must start from the source of food inspection. Through continuous innovation and development, the food inspection technology dominated by modern biological detection has formed an independent technical system with high detection accuracy, short detection cycle and convenient detection operation. Therefore, this paper will focus on the main types of modern biological detection technology and its practical application in food inspection.
