摘要
随着社会的发展和科学的进步,人们对于生活质量的要求也在不断提升,对于食物的要求也在不断提高。但是在实际发展过程中仍存在诸多问题,因此,食品质量控制尤为重要。本文重点讨论了食品理化检验分析中的质量控制。
With the continuous development of today’s society and the continuous enhancement of science and technology, people’s requirements for the quality of life are also improving, for food requirements are also constantly refined. However, there are many problems in the actual development process, so the quality control of food is particularly important. This paper focuses on the quality control in the physical and chemical inspection and analysis of food.
