摘要 食品安全问题一直是我国社会重点关注的问题,随着社会的发展,人们也意识到了食品安全的重要性。食品是人们得以存活的基础物质,而一旦食品出现安全问题,就会给人们的身体健康造成严重危害,食品理化检验可以有效保证食品安全。这就需要相关单位重视理化检验的质量控制工作,不断深化理化检验的规范化操作,以保证检验结果的准确性、有效性,进而保证社会食品安全,保障人民身体健康。 Food safety has always been the focus of our society,and with the development of our society,people also realize the importance of food safety.Food is the basic material for people to survive,and once food safety problems appear,it will cause serious harm to people’s health,and through the physical and chemical inspection of food Inspection can effectively ensure food safety.This requires the relevant units to pay attention to the quality control of physical and chemical inspection,and continue to deepen the standardized operation of physical and chemical inspection,so as to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the inspection results,thus ensuring social food safety and people’s health.
