摘要
食品安全问题一直是我国社会重点关注的问题,随着社会的发展,人们也意识到了食品安全的重要性。食品是人们得以存活的基础物质,而一旦食品出现安全问题,就会给人们的身体健康造成严重危害,食品理化检验可以有效保证食品安全。这就需要相关单位重视理化检验的质量控制工作,不断深化理化检验的规范化操作,以保证检验结果的准确性、有效性,进而保证社会食品安全,保障人民身体健康。
