摘要
我国食品理化检验工作存在较多的问题,阻碍我国食品理化检验工作的进步。本文分析了食品理化检验分析中质量控制存在的问题及质量控制中的难点,并提出相应的质量控制措施,保障食品理化检验质量。
There are many problems in food physical and chemical inspection in China,which hinder the progress of food physical and chemical inspection.This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties of quality control in food physical and chemical inspection and analysis,and puts forward corresponding quality control measures to ensure the quality of food physical and chemical inspection.
