摘要
从制件结构、拉深筋布置及参数设计、材料流入量、模具零件间隙等方面分析了车门内板的成形特性,并从9个因素逐项分析,得出3个主要因素,针对此3个主要因素展开数据分析,再利用AutoForm分析理论与实际的一致性,找到3个主要因素产生相应结果的原因,并制定相关措施,经过整改调试验证,解决了车门内板成形时烧结的问题,满足了车门内板大批量、稳定生产的需求。
The forming characteristics of the door inner panel were analyzed from the aspects of product structure,draw bead layout and parameter design,material inflow,die clearance,etc.The nine factors were analyzed one by one,and three main factors were obtained.Data analysis was carried out according to these three main factors.Then the real causes of these three main factors were found by using the Autoform to analyze consistency between theory and practice.Relevant measures were formulated,and the sintering problem had been fundamentally solved after rectification and debugging.
