摘要 分析了传统工艺成形几字梁的质量缺陷及其原因,并对传统工艺进行优化,在2种工艺条件下使用AotuForm对几字梁制件进行成形及回弹有限元模拟分析,获得模拟结果并对2种工艺进行对比,得出优化工艺条件下几字梁制件的侧壁翘曲程度优于传统工艺,采用优化工艺成形某乘用车下边梁加强板,其侧壁无翘曲变形。 The defects of forming precision ofΠ-section beam and the causes were analyzed in the traditional process, and the traditional process was optimized. The forming and springback of Π-section beamin two kinds of process were simulated by AotuForm software. Compared the results, the warpage of side-wall in optimized process was much less than that of the traditional process. Finally, the optimized process was used to form the floor side frame reinforcement plate without warping.
