摘要
轿车车门内板是典型的汽车覆盖件,国内某汽车厂在冲压成形这一零件时,使用的材料牌号是DX56D+Z,出现了批量成形开裂缺陷。为了找到导致材料冲压成形开裂的真正原因,在冲压成形现场,对该零件易开裂区域进行了网格应变分析,探讨了该零件冲压成形过程中开裂的原因,并提出了降低零件冲裂概率的方法。
Auto door inner panel is typical of automobile covering. As a domestic car factory was stam- ping the parts using DX56D + Z, the cracking mechanism was spotted. In order to find out the real cause of the cracking, grid strain analysis of cracking parts is carried out on the spot. In the process, the cause of cracking is studies and proposals are put forward to lower cracking rate.
