摘要
从车门内板结构形状、尺寸和冲压成形要求方面详细分析了车门内板的主要特点,并在此基础上,以Y284车型车门内板为例阐述其拉延模具的工艺及调试。生产实践证明,本套拉延模具能满足Y284车门内板大批量生产的需要,生产的产品符合各项要求,匹配性能良好。
The main characteristics of the lining plate was analyzed in some respects,such as its structural shape,dimension and stamping request.Based on these,taking the lining plate of Y284 car door as an example,the process and adjustment of drawing die was discussed.In production practice,the drawing die can meet the requirement of mass production of the lining plate of Y284 car door,the products meet all requirements,and have good compatibility.
