摘要
随着我国经济与社会的不断发展,职业的种类及数量均有显著增加,对于职业性防护的重视程度,可以直接影响职业性皮肤病的发病率。职业病医生必须了解职业生产过程及操作情况、生产中所用的原料以及产品等对皮肤的影响等,从而提高对职业性皮肤病的诊断意识和临床处置水平。目前,职业性接触性皮炎仍是最常见的职业性皮肤病,严重影响着工人的生活质量和工作能力。本文将详细介绍职业性接触性皮炎(刺激性和变应性)的发病原因、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断以及治疗,便于更多皮肤科医生提高对职业性接触性皮炎的专业诊断能力,从而进行积极预防和早期必要的干预。
With the continuous development of economy and society,the types and number of occupations have increased significantly.The emphasis to occupational protection can directly affect the incidence of occupational skin diseases.Doctors should know the production process and operation of the occupation,the influence of the raw materials and products used in the production on the skin,so as to improve the diagnosis.At present,occupational contact dermatitis is still the most common occupational skin disease,affecting the quality of life and work ability.The article introduces the causes,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of occupational contact dermatitis.Prevention and early intervention are neccessary and highly recommended.
