模拟室内环境下测定纺织品中的酯类释放量

摘要 建立了模拟室内环境下,释放舱释放-Air Toxic吸附管捕集-二级热脱附-GC-MS联用技术测试纺织品中酯类挥发性有机化合物的方法,对方法中涉及的典型释放参数、热脱附与GC-MS参数进行研究。该方法的线性范围宽,检出限和测试结果的再现性符合纺织品中挥发性有机物测定的要求。 A method for the determination of ester volatile organic compounds (VOCs)in textiles under simulated indoor environment is established.The method is developed by the combination of simulated indoor environment release chamber,Air Toxic adsorption tube trapping,secondary thermal desorption and GC-MS analysis.Typical release parameters,thermal desorption and GC-MS parameters are studied.The linear range of the method is wide,the detection limit and the reproducibility of the test results can meet the requirements of the determination of VOCs in textiles.
