摘要
油品生产是我国工业生产中的重要组成部分,但是,工作人员在具体工作中会接触原油或成品油及其他的化学用品,导致少量工人暴露或接触的皮肤出现损伤,从而引发职业性接触性皮炎。职业性接触性皮炎是较为常见的一种职业病,国外相关研究数据显示,职业性接触性皮炎可占到职业病的30%左右,但我国的相关报告病例数较少,这与我国长期未能给予职业性接触性皮炎足够的重视存在关系。本文通过对1例职业性接触性皮炎患者诊治情况的总结,对职业性接触性皮炎进行了分析研究。
Oil production is an important part of industrial production in our country.However,workers may contact with crude oil or refined oil and other chemical products during specific work,resulting in exposed or contacted skin damage of small number of workers,causing occupational contact dermatitis.Occupational contact dermatitis is a relatively common type of occupational disease.Relevant foreign research data shows that occupational contact dermatitis can account for about 30% of occupational diseases.However,numbers of related reported cases in our country are relatively small.Occupational contact dermatitis pays enough attention to relationship.Through summary of diagnosis and treatment of a case of occupational contact dermatitis,the paper carries out analysis and research of occupational contact dermatitis.
