摘要
石灰石-石膏湿法作为当前火电厂烟气脱硫处理的一个重要工艺,对减少火电厂环境污染,提高火力发电的质量,具有重要价值。文章针对石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫复杂工艺问题,采用单因素试验的方式,通过布置脱硫监测点,探讨在原浆浓度、入口二氧化硫浓度、入口温度等不同因素工艺的脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,在该工艺条件下,钙硫比在1.03,浆液pH值在5.2~5.6,浆液密度在1150kg/m3,入口温度在132℃左右,入口SO2浓度30000mg/Nm3下,脱硫效率达到最大。
As an important process of flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plants,limestone-gypsum wet process is of great value to reduce environmental pollution and improve the quality of thermal power generation.In view of the complex process problems of limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization,this paper adopts the single factor test method,and discusses the influence of different factors such as slurry concentration,inlet sulfur dioxide concentration and inlet temperature on the desulfurization efficiency by arranging desulfurization monitoring points.The results show that under the conditions of this process,when the ratio of calcium to sulfur is 1.03,the pH value of slurry is 5.2~5.6,the density of slurry is 1150Kg/m3,the inlet temperature is about 132℃,and the SO2 concentration at the inlet is 30000mg/Nm3,the desulfurization efficiency reaches the maximum.
