摘要
在研究脱硫废水二级软化模式的基础上,通过响应曲面法分析了脱硫废水二级软化过程中Ca(OH)2加药量、PFS加药量和Na2CO3加药量对镁硬和总硬去除效果的单独效应和联合效应。试验结果表明,Ca(OH)2+PFS-Na2CO3模式软化效果优于Ca(OH)2+Na2CO3和Ca(OH)2-Na2CO3模式,响应曲面法优化得到的脱硫废水二级软化最优工艺条件为:Ca(OH)2、PFS和Na2CO3加药量分别为30.0、4.53和23.99g/L,出水总硬小于2.0mmol/L,相对于优化前,吨水除硬药剂成本下降了约3.0元。试验验证结果表明该优化操作模式行之有效。
On the basis of the study of the secondary softening model of desulfurization wastewater,the single and combined effects of Ca(OH)2 dosage,PFS dosage and Na2CO3 dosage on the removal of magnesium hardness and total hardness in the process of the secondary softening model of desulfurization wastewater were analyzed by response surface methodology. The results show that the softening effect of Ca(OH)2+ PFS-Na2CO3 model is better than that of Ca(OH)2+ Na2CO3 and Ca(OH)2-Na2CO3. The optimal secondary softening conditions of desulfurization wastewater obtained by response surface method are as follows:the dosage of Ca(OH)2,PFS and Na2CO3 is 30.0,4.53 and 23.99 g/L respectively,and the total hardness of effluent is less than 2.0 mmol/L,compared with before optimization,the cost of each ton of water hardening agent decreased by about 3.0 yuan. The experimental results show that the optimized operation mode is effective.
