燃煤电厂SO_2超低排放技术的生命周期评价 被引量:6

摘要 运用生命周期评价的方法,以某电厂1000 MW机组脱硫系统超低改造项目为研究对象,对材料制造、运行增加石灰石的开采与破碎、工程材料和石灰石的运输及烟气脱硫4个过程进行了生命周期清单分析,并分别计算了各过程的能耗和对环境的影响。结果表明:一年内脱硫系统超低改造项目对环境的影响负荷增加量为451.1 kg,低于未进行超低排放对环境影响负荷的增加量17180.7 kg,有利于大气环境改善。 Four processes of SO2 ultralow emission technology in the coal -fired power plant by life cycle assessment methodology are analyzed, such as production of materials, extraction and crushing of increased limestone, transportation of materials and limestone and flue - gas desulphurization. The energy consumption and environmental impact of each process are collected and calculated respectively. The results show that the increasing environmental impact load (ElL) of SO2 ultra -low emission technology in the coal -fired power plant is 451. I kg for one year, less than the ElL( 17 180.7 kg) without SO2 ultra - low emission, indicating SO2 ultra - low emission having a good benefit for the atmospheric environment.
