摘要
针对某电厂百万燃煤超低排放改造机组,利用改造前后近半年的烟气连续监测系统(CEMS)实时监测结果以及国家权威监测部门出具的监测结果,评估机组超低排放改造前后对SO2、NOx和颗粒物等常规污染物,以及PM2.5、SO3、Hg、浆液滴等非常规污染物的减排效果,并对"石膏雨"现象造成的局地污染问题进行相关评价。结果表明:SO2、NOx、颗粒物排放浓度较改造前分别削减了52.3%、30.2%与65.9%,排放速率较改造前分别下降了49.6%、25.4%与62.3%;系统PM2.5、SO3与浆液滴浓度下降比例达到86.3%、85%与88%;无石膏雨现象。模拟结果显示,机组改造后,对周边地区环境空气SO2、NOX、PM10的浓度贡献均有明显下降,PM10与SO2改善效果相对明显,有效改善了电厂排放对周边环境的负面影响。
The emission reduction effects of conventional pollutants such as SO2,NOxand particulate matter,as well as non-conventional pollutants such as PM2.5,SO3,Hg and slurry droplets before and after the ultra-low emission transformation of the unit were evaluated with the real-time monitoring results of the CEMS in the past six months and the monitoring results issued by the national authoritative monitoring department in a coal-fired power plants with ultra-low emission technologies,and the local pollution caused by the"gypsum rain"phenomenon was evaluated.The results show that SO2,NOx and PM emission concentrations decrease by 52.3%,30.2%and 65.9%,and the emission rate decrease by 49.6%,25.4%and 62.3%.PM2.5,SO3,slurry droplets concentration decrease by 86.3%,85%and 88%,there was no gypsum rain.The simulation results show that the contribution of ambient air SO2,NOx and PM10 in the surrounding area are significantly reduced after transformation.The improvement effect of PM10 and SO2 is relatively obvious,which effectively improves the negative impact of power plant emissions on the surrounding environment.
