摘要
结合上海漕泾热电有限责任公司应急锅炉脱硫设备的调试,介绍石灰-石膏法脱硫工艺运行特点,总结出石灰浆液初始质量浓度、吸收塔浆液pH值、密度等工艺参数合理范围及其控制方法。调试结果表明,当吸收塔浆液密度>1 140kg/m3时,脱硫效率下降,合理控制吸收塔浆液密度和pH值可使石灰-石膏法脱硫系统脱硫效率保持在95%以上,且石膏品质良好,系统运行稳定,水、电、石灰粉耗量等各项经济指标也均在设计范围之内。
Combined with debugging in emergency desulphurization of the boiler in Shanghai Caojing Thermal Power Co Ltd,the operation features of lime/gypsum desulphurization technology has been presented,the reasonable range and control method of technological parameters,such as concentration of lime slurry,the pH value and density of slurry from absorption tower,etc.,is being summarized up.Results of debugging show that the efficiency of desulphurization decreases as the density of slurry from absorption tower being greater than 1 140 kg/m3,hence,reasonably controlling the density of slurry from the absorption tower can make the desulphurization efficiency of said lime/gypsum desulphurization system to keep at above 95%,and the quality of gypsum being good,and the stability of system operation,as well as every economic index,such as consumption of water,electricity,and lime powder all being within the designed value.
