摘要
介绍了兴通球团公司的烟气除尘和脱硫技改工程的运行情况,分析了脱除SO2反应的机理,讨论了烟气脱硫吸收系统运行控制指标——pH值的控制方法及湿烟囱运行对烟囱腐蚀的影响。提出了采用湿法回收法综合利用、加强对烟囱腐蚀的防范及脱硫产物脱水处理等措施。
This paper presents the dust removal system of exhausted gas and the operation condition of improved desulphurization unit in Xingtong Agglomeration Ltd., analyzing reaction mechanism of SOa removal, discussing the control method of pH value, the operation control index, in absorbing system of exhausted gas desulphurization, and the influence to stack corrosion by wet operation, then finally putting forward some proposals and measures such as integrated application of wet method recovery, better precautions to prevent stack from corrosion, and water removal for desulphurized products, etc.
