摘要
首先介绍低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术和数字光收发模块,阐述LTCC的技术特点、工艺流程以及它相较于传统PCB电路基板的优势,解释了数字光收发模块的通信原理和工作方式;其次,提出了一种基于LTCC电路基板的数字光收发模块的设计方案,详细介绍了该光模块的主要构成和实现方法,包括电路设计和关键器件的比较和选取;最后,通过对该方案所述的数字光收发模块的样件进行关键指标和性能测试,验证了该设计方案的可行性。
The LTCC(low-temperature co-fired ceramic)technology and the principle of digital optical transceiver module are introduced,the technical characteristics,process flow and advantages of LTCC compared to traditional PCB circuit boards expounded,and the communication principles and working methods of digital optical transceiver modules explained.Then,a design scheme of digital optical transceiver module based on LTCC circuit board is proposed,and the main composition and implementation method of the optical module described in detail,including circuit design and comparison and selection of key devices.Finally,the key indicators and performance tests of the sample of the digital optical transceiver module described in the scheme indicate the feasibility of the design scheme.
