摘要
当前教育变革和社会发展对学校生涯教育提出了更高要求,因此探索学校生涯教育的节点衔接对学生的学业和社会化发展都有促进作用。以大一新生的生涯适应力现状为出发点,分析其在性别、学科、生源地、是否为独生子女、是否曾担任学生干部和是否具备生涯教育经验上的差异,分析讨论其中原因并开拓学校职业生涯教育的可操作路径,最终得出以高效率的中学生涯教育奠定基础、有针对性的生涯教育补齐短板、以优质的家庭教育助力成长的教育启示。
The current educational reform and social development puts forward higher demands on school career education,so exploring the nodal connection of school career education can promote students'academic and socialized development.Based on the status of freshman's career adaptability,this paper analyzes the differences in gender,subject,origin,whether it is an only child,whether it has served as a student cadre and whether it has the experience of career education.Finally,it is concluded that the high-efficiency middle school career education helps to lay foundation,the targeted career education makes up for the deficiencies,and excellent family education cooperating with school career education promotes growth education.
