摘要
非正式组织的成因及特点决定其必然会普遍存在于高校班级中。按非正式组织对高校班级建设的作用力方向可将其划分为积极型、中间型、消极型三类,他们分别对班级的管理起着建设性、中性、破坏性作用。辅导员作为高校班级一线管理者,在日常班级管理工作中,正确理解高校班级非正式组织的含义、类型、成因、特点及作用,并对其进行合理引导,有利于激发班级非正式组织的积极作用,克服消极影响,以维护班级的和谐稳定及良好班风的建设。
Due to the reason for the establishment of informal organizations and its characteristics,the informal organization are popular in university classes. In light of its role in university class construction,informal organization can be divided into three categories,such as positive type,neutral type and negative type,which have constructive,neutral and destructive effects respectively on class construction. It is very essential for counselors,who are directly in charge of class affairs,to correctly understand the role,type and characteristics of informal organizations and properly provide guidance to it,which is beneficial for encouraging the class informal organizations to play positive role,so as to maintain harmony and construct a good academic atmosphere.
