摘要
从宏观政策、医院及科室管理、业务工作量和个体微观层面分析了影响医院人力资源配置的因素以及存在的问题,进而指出卫生行政部门出台切合实际的人力资源配置指导意见的迫切性,医院应通过全面推进岗位管理,不断提高人力资源管理意识和职工专业素养。
From the macro policy level,hospital and department management level,business workload level and individual micro level,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the allocation of human resources in hospitals and the existing problems.The urgency of the health administrative department to issue practical human resources allocation guidance is pointed out.The hospital should promote the post management in an all-round way and improve the staff’s awareness of human resource management and professional quality.
