摘要
医院人力资源配置影响因素的分析是合理配置的前提,也是配置研究的重要内容。对现有医院人力资源配置影响因素研究文献进行综述,从宏观、中观、微观三方面归纳配置的影响因素,分析关于影响因素的研究还存在不足,需加强对医改新要求影响因素研究、信息化影响因素研究,以及利用循证式的研究方法提高研究的系统性。
The analysis on influencing factor of hospital human resources allocation is the premier step of reasonable configuration and an important part of the configuration research. This article reviewed the existing liter- ature about the research on influencing factors of hospital human resources allocation, summarized the factors from three scopes, pointed out some shortages in the existing research, and suggested that future research need to focus on the new request influencing factor brought by health reform, attach great importance to the research of the influ- encing factors of informatization and utilize the evidence - based methods to facilitate a more systematic research.
