军队中小医院专业技术干部民主意识强、注重职级晋升;专业类别多、工作岗位分散;业余时间应酬多、容易失管;渴望进修学习、成才愿望高;高学历人才难保留、易流失。在管理中必须公开公正地处理敏感事务,充分发挥科处领导作用,加强"八小时以外"管理监督,积极为个人成才构建平台,营造拴心留人的良好环境。
Democracy awareness of the technical cadres in the small-middle military hospital is very strong,and they regard their private benefits as important.At the same time,they have kinds of specialties and posts.There are so many social appointments in the spare time,which may lead to the loss of management.They are eager to receive advanced education.Those cadres who have high academic degree are hard to reserve and prone to be lost in order to make full use of the leadership.So it is necessary to deal with the sensitive events publicly and justly.Additionally,we should strengthen the management and supervision in their leisure time,construct platform for them to be talented,and build a harmonious environment.
