摘要
为了加强国有企业医院改制后医学人才的培养,通过总结分析某改制医院职称评审工作的效果及存在的问题,提出建设性的意见和对策。量化评审能较好发挥职称评审政策的导向作用,对医院人才培养起到积极激励作用。同时,要进一步完善量化评审体系,着重制定临床技能考核评分标准;加强职称聘任管理,逐步实施岗位管理。
In order to strengthen the training of state-owned enterprises after the restructuring of the hospital medical personnel, through the analysis of a title appraisal work of hospital restructuring effect and the existing problems, and puts forward some opinions and constructive countermeasures. The quantitative evaluation can play a guiding role of professional titles evaluation policy, to the positive incentive effect on hospital personnel training. At the same time, to further improve the quantifi cation appraisal system, focus on the formulation of the evaluation standard of clinical skills examination; to strengthen the management of the appointment of professional titles, the gradual implementation of post management.
