摘要
工作嵌入是员工对组织依附性的测量指标,强调联结、匹配、牺牲三个方面.首先回顾近五年中国情境下工作嵌入的概念研究;然后,基于中国情境着重探讨关于工作嵌入新的理论视角,深入分析其维度与测量、预测因素与影响效果;最后,对中国情境下工作嵌入未来的研究方向与趋势进行展望.
Job embeddedness is a measurement index of employees’attachment to the organization,which emphasizes connection,matching and sacrifice.Firstly,this paper reviews the research on the concept of job embeddedness in Chinese context.Secondly,a new theoretical perspective on job embeddedness in Chinese context is discussed.Thirdly,the dimension and measurement of job embeddedness in Chinese context as well as the predictive factors and influence effect are deeply discussed.Finally,the future research direction and trend of job embeddedness in Chinese context are prospected.
