摘要
在建设一流本科教育的时代进程中,"拔尖计划"本科生的学习质量,特别是深度学习状况备受关注。通过对全国12所"拔尖计划"高校的1610名"拔尖生"的问卷调查,发现"拔尖生"的深度学习表现优于一流大学建设高校本科生群体,但却弱于美国一流大学本科生群体,特别是在体现综合、创新等特质的深度学习的高阶性维度上落后明显;在影响机制上,"优质的讲授"对于"深度学习"中"知识的理解和掌握"这一基础性维度有更大的影响,而"互动教学"对于"深度学习"中"知识的综合和创新"这一高阶性维度的影响更大;在调节效应上,指向"求知和掌握知识"为目标的"学习取向"具有对"深度学习"更加显著的促发机制。在此基础上,我国高教界可以从明晰深度学习的质量标尺、优化深度学习的环境构建、激活深度学习的动力要素三个方面展开后续的改革探索与实践。
On the way of constructing the"first class undergraduate education"in China,"Top Talents Plan"undergraduates’learning quality(especially their performance of deep learning)has attracted great attention.Through the questionnaire survey of 1610"Top Talents Plan"undergraduates from 12 universities in China,we findthe following conclusions.Firstly,for the performance of deep learning,"Top Talents Plan"students are better thanthe general student group from Chinese first-class universities,but weaker than the general student group fromAmerican first-class universities,especially in the higher order dimensions of deep learning,such as synthesizinglearning,creative learning.Secondly,for the influential mechanism of deep learning,"good teaching"has greaterinfluence on the"knowledge understanding and grasping","interaction teaching"has greater influence on the"knowledge synthesizing and creating".Thirdly,for the conditional effect,the"learning orientation"which aims tothe"pursuit of knowledge and comprehension of knowledge"has significant accelerating catalytic effect on the deeplearning.Based on the above findings,we can consider the following suggestions of future practice,such as makingclear the quality scale of deep learning,optimizing the environment construction of deep learning,activating thedynamic elements of deep learning.
