摘要
目的研究药学干预对抗生素临床合理应用的影响效果。方法随机抽取我院在2018年1月—2019年10月期间收治的接受抗生素治疗住院患者100例作为研究对象,根据数字表法将其分成对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),对照组开展抗生素常规干预方案,观察组在对照组基础上开展抗生素药学干预方案,对两组患者的不合理用药、不良反应以及干预满意度进行评价与对比。结果观察组不合理用药发生率4.00%与不良反应发生率2.00%均比对照组(20.00%、22.00%)更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预满意度96.00%比对照组78.00%更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抗生素临床合理应用中实施药学干预效果尤为显著,能够减少不合理用药情况,降低不良反应发生率,从而提高药物安全性与有效性,促进医患关系和谐发展。
Objective To study the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on rational clinical application of antibiotics.Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients with antibiotic therapy were randomly selected from January 2018 to October 2019 as a research object,according to the method of digital meter they were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The control group with routine antibiotic intervention,and the observation group with the antibiotic pharmacy intervention on the basis of the control group.To evaluate and compare the two groups of patients with unreasonable medication,adverse reactions and intervention satisfaction.Results The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was 4.00% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.00% lower than that in the control group(20.00%、22.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00% better than that of the control group 78.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention is particularly effective in rational clinical application of antibiotics,which can reduce irrational drug use,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve drug safety and effectiveness,and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
