摘要
目的了解某院门诊和急诊处方用药情况,促进临床药物合理应用。方法采用分层抽样法抽取某院2020年6月-2021年12月的门诊和急诊处方共25485张,点评处方用药的合理性,并进行不合理处方的汇总统计与分析。结果25485张处方中,不合理处方393张,占1.54%。不合理处方中,24.68%为不规范处方,74.55%为不适宜处方,6.36%为超常处方。结论门诊和急诊处方用药情况基本合理,但仍存在一些不足,药师应发挥药学技能的专长,提高处方审核能力,加强处方点评力度,确保临床用药的安全性、有效性、合理性。
Objective To evaluate the medications prescribed by outpatient and emergency departments of a hospital in order to improve the rationality of clinically used drugs.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to select 25485 prescriptions by outpatient and emergency departments in a hospital between June 2020 and December 2021.The rationality of clinical medications was commented while irrational prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 25485 prescriptions,393 were irrational ones,accounting for 1.54%.24.68%of the irrational prescriptions fell short of the standard,74.55%were inappropriate and 6.36%were abnormal.Conclusion The prescriptions for medication by the outpatient and emergency departments are generally sound,but there are still some problems.The ability of pharmacists to review prescriptions rigorously should be improved to promote safe,effective and rational medications.
