摘要
目的 探讨药学干预对喹诺酮类药物临床合理应用的促进效果。方法 便利选取2019年4月—2021年8月的120张喹诺酮类抗菌药物处方;采用药学干预,作为观察组。另选取同期没有实施药学干预的120张喹诺酮类抗菌药物处方进行对比,作为参照组。比较不合理用药情况发生率、不良反应发生率、用药时间、用药频率、药物利用指数。结果 观察组不合理用药情况总发生率(2.50%)低于参照组,两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.760,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于参照组,两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.285,P<0.05);观察组处方中患者用药时间、药物利用指数、药物使用频率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.057、42.273、15.537,P<0.05)。结论 在使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物当中,开展药学干预,可以提升临床护理用药效果,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational application of quinolones in clinical practice.Methods 120 prescriptions of quinolone antibiotics from April 2019 to August 2021 were conveniently selected;pharmaceutical intervention was used as the observation group.Another 120 prescriptions of quinolone antibiotics without pharmaceutical intervention during the same period were selected for comparison as the reference group.The incidence of irrational drug use,the incidence of adverse reactions,the time of drug use,the frequency of drug use,and the drug utilization index were compared.Results The total incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.760,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.285,P<0.05);the medication time,drug utilization index,and drug use frequency of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.057,42.273,15.537,P<0.05).Conclusion In the use of quinolone antibiotics,pharmaceutical intervention can improve the effect of clinical nursing medication,which is worthy of clinical reference.
