摘要
在新工科背景下,传统专业建设面临新的挑战同时也有了新的要求,本文以地方高校传统专业建设为研究对象,结合新工科建设理念的要求以及新形势下人才需求的变化,从四个方面分析了传统专业建设面临的急需解决的问题,并针对这些问题为传统专业的建设升华提出对策建议,从而为地方高校的人才培养和长远发展规划提供参考。
Under the background of new engineering, the construction of traditional specialty is facing new challenges and new requirements. This paper takes the construction of traditional specialty in local universities as research object, analyzes the problems that need to be solved urgently in the construction of traditional specialty from four aspects in combination with the requirements of new engineering construction idea and the changes of talent demand in the new situation. Based on these, we proposes some proper countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of traditional specialty according to these problems, which provides reference for talents training and long-term development planning of local colleges and universities.
