摘要
目的了解农村居民对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知、态度、行为以及应对方式的现状,并分析其相关性。方法在疫情控制阶段,于2020年2月20—26日通过网络邀请农村居民进行问卷调查。结果农村居民对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知、行为及态度水平有待提高,消极应对方式维度得分较高。多因素Logistic回归分析显示青年人群、对非典较为了解、抗击疫情态度积极者行为较好。Pearson相关性分析显示农村居民的认知、行为及态度总分与积极应对方式呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论突发新型冠状病毒肺炎事件后,政府及社会针对农村居民的大力宣传取得了较好效果,但农村居民认知、行为、态度水平仍有待提升,较多人群应对方式消极。在加强农村应急硬件设施建设的同时,应关注农村居民心理健康水平,加大心理诊疗服务的投入。
Objective To investigate the status quo of rural residents'knowledge,attitude and practice on COVID-19 and their coping styles and analyze their correlations.Methods During the control phase of COVID-19,the rural residents were invited to participate in a questionnaire survey on Internet from February 20,2020 to February 26,2020.Results Rural residents'knowledge,attitude and practice on COVID-19 needed to be improved,and the scores of negative coping style dimensions were high.The results of the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that young people,the people who knew more about SARS and those who had a positive attitude towards the fight against the epidemic had better behaviors.The results of the Pearson's correlation analysis showed that rural residents'total scores of knowledge,attitude and practice were positively correlated with their positive coping styles and negatively correlated with their negative coping styles(P<0.001).Conclusion The government and society have made great efforts to promote the knowledge related to COVID-19 among the rural residents and have achieved good results since the epidemic outbreak of COVID-19.However,the levels of rural residents'knowledge,attitude and practice on COVID-19 still needs to be improved,and many people negatively responds to the epidemic.More attention should be given to the mental health level of rural residents and more investment should be put in the service of psychological diagnosis and treatment while strengthening the construction of the rural emergency hardware facilities.
