基于微信平台的知信行健康教育在PICC肿瘤置管患者中的应用研究 被引量:21

A Study on the Patient Education of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Based on Wechat Interventions in Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter in China Adult Oncology Patients

摘要 目的加强对患者进行健康教育有助于降低PICC导管相关并发症,但如何对进行健康教育有待于进一步的改善。本研究于着重于评估基于微信平台的健康教育模式在降低PICC带管患者并发症中的作用。方法选取350例PICC带管患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组175例。对照组按传统模式给予口头宣教和发放指导手册,实验组在此基础上采用微信APP与患者沟通这种新型护理模式。6周后比较两组患者的自我管理能力、KAP水平、PICC相关并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果实验组PICC患者KAP水平、自我管理能力及满意度显著高于对照组,而PICC相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于微信APP进行延续护理服务,能有效改善PICC患者的KAP水平,增强其自我管理能力,降低相关并发症的发生。 Objective To strengthen patients health education can help reduce peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)-related complications,but how to exert health education needs further improvement.This study focused on assessing the role of the health education models based on the WeChat platform in reducing complications of PICC patients in China.Methods 350 patients with PICC patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 175 cases in each group.The control group gave oral education and instruction manual according to the traditional mode.On the basis of this,the experimental group used WeChat APP to communicate with the patient.After 6 weeks,knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)level,the self-management ability,PICC-related complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The KAP level,self-management ability and satisfaction of PICC patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the PICC-related complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Health education based on WeChat APP can effectively improve the KAP level of PICC patients,enhance their self-management ability,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
