摘要
目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行期间城镇居民防护相关知信行(KAP)现况及影响因素。方法选取舞钢市876名城镇居民(2020年5-7月),统计城镇居民防护COVID-19的KAP评分,并分析城镇居民防护COVID-19的KAP评分单因素分析及Logistic多因素回归分析。结果经调查统计,876名城镇居民KAP评分总分为(15.84±2.14)分;城镇居民防护COVID-19的KAP评分与性别无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄18-30岁、婚姻状况为已婚、文化程度为本科及以上、职业为医学背景、经常接受疫情信息均为居民防护COVID-19的KAP评分较高因素(P<0.05);经Logistic多因素回归分析,年龄18-30岁、婚姻状况为已婚、文化程度为本科及以上、职业为医学背景、经常接受疫情信息均为居民防护COVID-19的KAP评分低的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 COVID-19流行期间城镇居民防护相关KAP现况较好,年龄18-30岁、婚姻状况为已婚、文化程度为本科及以上、职业为医学背景、经常接受疫情信息均有助于防护现状的改善,可据此加强城镇居民自我保护,防止疫情的进一步扩散。
Objective To investigate the current situation of the protection-related knowledge-attitude-Practice(KAP) of urban residents during the Corona Virus Disease-19(COVID-19) epidemic and to analyze influencing factors.Methods 876 urban residents in Wugang City(May 2020-July 2020) were selected. The KAP scores of urban residents’ protection against COVID-19 were counted,and the KAP scores of urban residents’ protection against COVID-19 were analyzed with single factor analysis and logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results According to the survey and statistics,the total KAP score of 876 urban residents was(15.84±2.14) points. The KAP scores of urban residents for COVID-19 protection were not related to gender,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Aged 18-30 years old,married,bachelor degree or above,medical background,and frequently receiving epidemic information all had a higher KAP score for residents’ protection against COVID-19(P<0.05). And logistic multivariate regression showed,aged 18-30 years old,married,bachelor degree or above,medical background,and frequently receiving epidemic information were all protective factors of low KAP score for residents to protect against COVID-19(P<0.05).Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the status of KAP related to protection of urban residents is relatively good. Age 18-30 years old,married,bachelor degree or above,medical background,and frequently receiving epidemic information can help improve the current situation of protection,which can be used to strengthen the self-protection of urban residents and prevent the further spread of the epidemic.
