摘要
针对不同类型、不同规格保温材料导热系数的差异性,对比试验了不同导热系数测试设备的复现性,研究了冷热板平均温度、冷热板温差、实验室温度、干燥工艺等因素对导热系数测试结果的影响;提出了导热系数测试结果准确性和复现性的相关措施。经实验室比对验证,优化效果明显。
According to the differences of thermal conductivity of different types and specifications of thermal insulation materials,the reproducibility of different thermal conductivity test equipment was tested,and the influence of the average temperature of hot and cold plate,temperature difference between hot and cold plate,laboratory temperature and drying process on the determination of thermal conductivity was studied.Detailed measures for the accuracy and reproducibility of thermal conductivity measurement are proposed.Compared with the experimental results,the optimization effect is obvious.
