摘要
为研究泡沫玻璃、硅酸铝板和橡塑海绵保温板3种材料的保温性能,通过导热系数试验和质量变化试验得出结论:硅酸铝板和泡沫玻璃在湿热试验中导热系数增长最多,质量下降最多,因此两者不适用于湿热环境;橡塑海绵保温板在干热环境下导热系数和质量变化最大,因此其不适用于干湿环境。综合各项试验结果可以得出,橡塑海绵保温板受干湿影响较大,硅酸铝板和泡沫玻璃导热系数受湿热老化影响较大,因此需结合不同试验条件选择保温材料。
In order to study the thermal insulation properties of three kinds of materials including foam glass, aluminum silicate boardand rubber sponge insulation board, the thermal conductivity experiment and the mass change experiment show that the thermal conductivityof aluminum silicate sheet and foam glass in the damp heat experiment increases the most, and the mass of aluminium silicate sheet decreasesthe most, therefore, they both are not suitable in hot and humid conditions. The thermal conductivity and the mass of rubber-plastic spongeinsulation board changes the most in dry and wet conditions. So they are not suitable in dry-wet conditions. It comprehensively shows thatrubber plastic sponge insulation board is affected the most by dry-wet conditions, and the thermal conductivity of aluminum silicate board andfoam glass is greatly affected by hydrothermal aging. Therefore, it is necessary to select insulation materials in combination with different testconditions.
