摘要
从节能保温材料性能、检测条件、仪器内部系统的热稳定状态等方面进行导热系数测定的影响因素分析,以挤塑聚苯板(XPS)、泡沫橡塑板、绝热岩棉板为实验试件,综合讨论其测定误差影响源因子,同时分析导热系数测定仪计量校准结果,用国家标准参比板在给定的3个典型平均测试温度点进行仪器自校,探讨导热系数测定的质量控制方法。
This paper analyzed the influence factors of thermal conductivity measurement from the performance of energy saving and heat preservation material, measure conditions, thermal steady state of the instrument internal system, etc. And took extruded polystyrene board (XPS), foam rubber and plastic plate, rock wool board insulation as test specimen, it comprehensively discussed influence factor of measurement deviation, at the same time analyzed meter calibration results of thermal conductivity measuring apparatus. Then it discussed the quality control method for the determination of thermal conductivity coefficient by national standard reference board to perform instruments self-calibration at three given typical average temperature test points.
