摘要
导热系数是建筑保温材料的基本物性参数,也是建筑热工与节能设计的重要指标。然而如何确定导热系数的环境影响因素及其影响程度,目前仍然缺乏相关研究。本研究明确了温度、湿度和受力因素是保温材料导热系数在建筑应用中发生变化的可能影响因素,给出了导热系数在温度、湿度和力学三种单因素影响作用下的试验验证设计方案,并针对具有代表性的三种保温材料:EPS(有机保温材料)、岩棉(松散纤维状材料)和泡沫玻璃(无机保温材料)进行了模拟试验研究以验证方案设计,为最终确定导热系数的环境影响因素、程度乃至热工规范修编中导热系数修正系数的确定奠定了方法基础。
Thermal conductivity is a significant indicator of thermal physics for thermal insulation material,which stands for the performance of heat transfer. However,there are not enough relevant research on how to determine the environment effect factors and degree of thermal conductivity coefficient at present. This paper decides that temperature,humidity and force factors are the possible influential factors that may change in building applications.The paper also proposes a experiment and verification design scheme for the three factors of temperature,humidity and force factors. Besides,it also conducts a simulation test on the three thermal insulation materials,EPS,mineral wool and foam glass in order to verify the scheme, which has laid foundation for determining the environment effect factors and degree of the thermal conductivity coefficient as well as the correction factor.
