摘要
为了分析热湿气候地区常用外保温墙体的热湿性能,以温度和相对湿度作为驱动势,构建多层墙体一维瞬态热湿耦合传递方程,并基于COMSOL Multiphysics,对建筑墙体热、空气、湿耦合传递模型进行求解。然后以热湿气候地区典型城市南昌为例,将水泥砂浆-保温层-红砖-水泥砂浆墙体作为研究对象,分析了EPS、PU及XPS3种外保温墙体的热湿性能。结果表明:在制冷季采用EPS、PU及XPS材料进行外保温的墙体总热流通量较不保温墙体分别下降了62.6%、66.5%和65.6%。在夏季典型日(7月22日),EPS、PU及XPS材料与红砖层交界处的平均相对湿度分别为87.3%、87.4%、86.5%,均在85%以上;在冬季,3种材料在墙体接触面上,相对湿度大于80%的时间分别为64%、66%和67%,因此保温层与红砖层交界处较容易滋生霉菌。
In order to study the hygrothermal performance of the common used external insulation wall in hot and humid climate area. A 1-D transient hygrothermal model which uses the temperature and relative humidity as the driving potentials was established based on the theory of heat and moisture transfer. The model was solved by using COMSOL Multiphysics. Taking Nanchang as an example,the effect of the insulation material including EPS,PU and XPS,on the hygrothermal performance of the multilayerwall,whichconsists of cement plaster-insulating layer-red brick-cement plasters was analyzed. The results showed that the total heat flow through the external wall which was insulated with EPS,PU and XPS isdecreased by 62. 6%,66. 5% and 65. 6%,respectively. Compared with the external wall without? thermal insulation in the cooling season. At the typical days in the summer(July 22),the average relative humidity at the interface of the insulation layer and red brick layer was 87. 3%,87. 4%,and 86. 5%,respectively,which exceed 85%,in winter,there are respectively 64%,66%,and 67% of the time that the relative humidity at the interface of the insulation layer and red brick layer was over 80%. The interface of the insulation layer and red brick layer were easy to cause mould growth.
