摘要
探析岭南名医池晓玲教授治疗黄疸的经验特色。池晓玲教授认为中医论治黄疸当溯本求源,勤求古训,在临证中应谨守黄疸病机,其方药应用特色可归纳为:重视黄疸方药量效关系;活用茵陈类方利湿退黄治其标;善用"和合疏养方"疏肝健脾治其本;注重外治法治疗黄疸,自创"退黄方"灌肠取效显著。
To analyze the experience of professor CHI Xiao-ling in treating jaundice,who is a famous doctor in Lingnan.Professor CHI revealed that treating jaundice should base on the theory of Chinese medicine and ancient precepts,while focus on the pathogenesis of jaundice.The characteristics of her prescriptions can be summarized as follows:Pay attention to the dose-effect relationship of jaundice prescriptions;Use oriental wormwood herb-type prescriptions to relieve dampness and remove jaundice lively;Good at using ‘Hehe Shuyang Formula’ to soothe the liver and invigorate the spleen.Pay attention to external treatment of jaundice.The self-made ‘Tuihuang Formula’ enema is effective.
