5种中药材体外抑菌活性研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用滤纸片平板扩散法和试管稀释结合96孔板法分别测定薄荷、黄芩、知母、金银花和甘草5种中药材提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑根霉、产黄青霉和黄曲霉的抑菌圈直径和最低抑菌浓度(MIC),评价体外抑菌效果。结果显示,5种中药材提取液对试验用菌株都有抑菌作用,黄芩和金银花提取液对试验菌株均显示一定的抑菌活性;3种细菌对黄芩和金银花提取液高度敏感;真菌对知母和甘草提取液不敏感;黑根霉对黄芩和薄荷提取液高度敏感;薄荷、黄芩和金银花提取液对黄曲霉均显示一定的抑菌作用。 The antimicrobial experiments of five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extractives(Herba Menthae,Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Flos Lonicerae, Radix Glycyrrhizae) in vitro were studied by using the plate diffusion method and tube dilution combined with 96 orifice plate method. These extractives would be on the inhibition of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus flavus and Rhizopus nigricans in vitro experiments,mensuration its antibacterial diameter and MIC. Five Chinese traditional medicinal extritives had antibacterial effects on test bacterias. Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae showed a certain bacteriostatic effect on the test bacterias. Three kinds of bacterias are highly sensitive to Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae extractive. The test fungi was not sensitive to the extractives of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Glycyrrhizae. Rhizopus nigricans was highly sensitive to the extractives of Radix Scutellariae and Herba Menthae. Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae had certain antibacterial effects on Aspergillus flavus.
