摘要
为了研究救必应的抗菌作用,为临床用药提供依据,试验用昆明种小白鼠(体重18~22 g,共计260只,雌雄各半)开展二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀抑制的抗炎试验,对鸡大肠杆菌O_(78)标准菌株采用琼脂扩散法和MIC试验进行体外抑菌试验,采用致小鼠发病的大肠杆菌进行攻毒来进行体内抑菌试验。结果表明:救必应高剂量(按体重4 g/kg)、中剂量(按体重2 g/kg)组的抗炎效果优于四味穿心莲散组;救必应对鸡大肠杆菌O_(78)为中度敏感,其抑菌圈直径为13.3 mm,救必应对大肠杆菌的MIC为31.25 mg/mL;救必应末高、中剂量组小白鼠的存活率分别高达85%和75%,高于生理盐水对照组的40%及四味穿心莲散组的70%。说明救必应具有明显的抗炎及抑制大肠杆菌作用,同时对小鼠体内感染的致病性大肠杆菌有一定的保护作用。
In order to study the antibacterial effect of Ilex rotunda and provide basis for clinical medication,and kunming mice(weight 18~22 g,a total of 260,both male and female half)were used to conduct anti-inflammatory tests on the inhibition of auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice,and agar diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)test were used for chicken Escherichia coli(E.coli)O78 standard strain to conduct bacteriostasis test in vitro,and E.coli which caused disease in mice was used for bacteriostasis test in vivo.The results showed that the anti-inflammatory effect of Ilex rotunda group with high dose(4 g/kg by body weight)and medium dose(2 g/kg by body weight)was better than that of Siwei Chuanxinlian powder group;Ilex rotunda could be moderately sensitive to chicken E.coli O78,and the diameters of their bacteriostatic circles were 13.3 mm,and the MIC of Ilex rotunda for E.coli was 31.25 mg/mL.The survival rates of mice in the high and medium dose groups of Ilex rotunda were as high as 85%and 75%,respectively,which were higher than 40%in the normal saline control group and 70%in the Siwei Chuanxinlian powder group.It indicated that Ilex rotunda had obvious anti-inflammatory and inhibitory effects on E.coli,and had a certain protective effect on mice infected with pathogenic E.coli.
