摘要
报道了贯叶连翘总提取物作用于绿脓杆菌并经光照和未光照处理后对该菌的抗菌作用 ,检测了在 12小时的培养过程中提取物作用时绿脓杆菌的光密度 (OD640nm)值、活菌数 (CFU)、最低杀菌浓度 (MBC)值 .结果表明无论是否光照 ,提取物对绿脓杆菌只有微弱抑菌作用 ,没有杀菌作用 .
This paper reports the anti-bacterial function of forsythia extract to the bacillus pyocyaneus. The extract having been treated after illumination and nonillumination, tests the bacillus pyocyaneus' value of light density, the number of live bacteria and the value of concentration killing bacteria in a 12-hour bacterial cultivation process when the extract is acting. The result shows that the extract only has a weak function of suppressing the bacillus pyocyaneus and has no bactericidal action.
