摘要
报道了贯叶连翘总提取物作用于苏云金杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis)7216并经光照和未光照处理后对该菌的抗菌作用。检测了提取物作用时,在12h的培养过程中7216的光密度(OD640nm)值、活菌数(CFU)及提取物最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值。结果表明提取物对7216有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用,且这两种作用与其浓度有关,但不需光照。
This paper studied the effect of the total extract of Hypericum perforatum L. on Bacillus thuringiensis 7216 with illumination and without illumination in the course of 12 hours' incubation. The optical density (OD_(640nm)), colony forming unit (CFU) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were tested. The results showed that it had bactericidal and inhibitory effects on 7216 and its effects depended on its concentrations but was independent of illumination.
